2. Order Acceptance
The products displayed on our website are not a binding offer but an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase. By adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process, you make a binding offer. A purchase contract is only formed when QUADRO Australia accepts your offer by sending you a confirmation email. For payment methods that provide immediate confirmation (such as PayPal), the contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of your payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Currency & Taxes: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Any delivery charge will be shown at checkout, and the final amount you pay is the total displayed when you place your order.

Delivery is deemed complete only when the product has been delivered to the specified address and received by an adult, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We offer a nine-year warranty from the date of purchase on pipes, couplings, panels, screws, and the Integral Slide (including refurbished components). For all other products, a one-year warranty applies. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship provided that the products are used for their intended purpose and maintained according to the supplied instructions. Any damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or resale is excluded. In addition, your statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain fully effective.
